Refund Policy & Return Instructions

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Returning items is possible by following the steps below. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase amount. You can use this voucher in our webshop to order another item.

If you prefer a refund,  the cost of returning items is €49.99 per item. This fee does not apply if you choose to exchange an item or receive a voucher.

Step-by-step Return Process

Step 1: Register your return using the return form on our website to notify us of your return.

Step 2: Pack your items

Carefully pack the items in the original packaging.

Clearly write the return address (as provided in our email) on the shipping box.

Step 3: Ship your package

Drop off your return at a DHL Service Point.

Always keep the Track & Trace code of your shipment!

Important Notes

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the package is securely packed and properly labeled.

We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to minimize any risk during the return process.

Return Terms

Is your order not quite right, or would you like to try a different size? No problem!

Please register your return. Then, pack the items securely in their original packaging and clearly label the package with our return address. Drop it off at your local shipping point and keep your Track & Trace information safe until you receive confirmation from us.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains (e.g. makeup, deodorant)

Tags must still be attached

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns outside the 14-days will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns within the Netherlands, please check shipping rates at postnl.nl

For international returns, consult your local postal service.
